Relaxing, beautiful alpine surroundings to break up a major city based trip.

The gym and spa were outstanding. Best treatments were complementary ones such as Aufgus and sauna stretching with Enrico. Breakfast was wonderful - Prosecco on tap!

The tv - no Netflix and no sound on Amazon Prime. Two engineers tried to fix without success. We had paid for a movie we couldn’t watch .

Overall, a mixed experience with some exceptional highlights, but room for improvement in key areas.

The included spa was a fantastic addition to the stay—great variety and an exceptional experience overall.

The service had its highlights but fell short in key areas. For instance, my bathroom door was broken and not sliding properly. It took two hours for someone to check it, and though they promised to fix it the next day while we were at the spa, either it wasn’t fixed or the issue remained unchanged. While the cleaning staff was outstanding, the overall experience, including the restaurant, was just average.

Exceptional place

We've been there 4 times and we consider Lefay Dolomiti a gold standard in hospitality. Everything is perfectly organized, there's never anything about them that we can complain about. They always help us and accommodate our requests, the people are nice and welcoming, always helpful. The Spa is high quality and they have those amazing thermal pools - those alone are worth the stay. The rooms are very large and clean, some of the best beds we've slept in. The main restaurant is very large and provides amazing views over the nearby mountains, you can always find a table there for breakfast or dinner (at least in October). The breakfast buffet is one of the largest and highest quality we've seen. We'll be back.

One of the best and luxurious Resort & SPA hotels.

The hotel is absolutely amazing, located near to the cable car. The suite interior design very stylish, modern, spacious size of the living area and the bathroom. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, assist with a car parking and the luggage. Took us to a welcoming tour on SPA facilities and sauna area. The breakfast is tasty and varied.

The dinner unreasonably overpriced. Local cuisine in restaurant is missing. But the service is great and professional.

Amazing pool, spa and sauna facilities. Everything is modern, new and clean and there are so many different sauna and pool areas to relax in. Had one of the best massages, the masseur really got into the sore muscles after skiing.

It’s not ski in ski out, but there is a ski valet and shuttle service that provide great services. Ordered a cup of tea at the bar and was charged €10 (the tea is very good and is free in the room and in the spa area)

Amazing quality food and vegan menu. Great choice at breakfast. Great views. Close to ski and the whole process for renting equipment was super easy. Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful and made everything easy for us from the moment we arrived. Amazing location and breathtaking views. The spa experience was amazing, and we loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The gym had great equipment and opening times. Grual restaurant was amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms and the frequency of housekeeping. The whole environment was relaxing. We loved our room, felt very comfortable and relaxed.

The spa facilities, location, views and ski lockers with shuttle to the slopes were phenomenal. The suites were very comfortable and beautifully designed. A scrumptious breakfast buffet every morning. A lovely touch by the hotel was Santa that came on Christmas Eve and brought presents for the hotel guests - I will never forget that!

The costs of the food is a bit high compared to the average price in the town. The service at dinner was a bit slower compared to our stay last year.

The salt cave was not included in the cost and required a separate payment. The iron given to us was a little damaged, due to which we could not iron properly. Since we were in a hurry, we did not get time to ask the staff to change it.
